Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 02, 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Expressive Glass website and to purchases and services offered through it. By using the website or purchasing products or services through it, you agree to these terms.
We make reasonable efforts to represent artwork accurately through photographs and descriptions.
Because Expressive Glass pieces are handmade, variations in color, shape, dimensions, pattern, texture, and other characteristics may occur. Such variations are part of the nature of handmade glass artwork and do not necessarily constitute defects.
Colors may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.
Artwork and Product Information
Commissioned artwork is individually created and may differ from reference photographs or previous works.
Before commissioning a piece, customers should review the applicable description, pricing information, and commission process and discuss any important requirements with Expressive Glass.
Because commissioned pieces are custom-made, different cancellation, return, and refund conditions may apply than for standard store products. These conditions will be communicated and agreed upon as part of the commission process.

Shipping, Pickup, Returns, and Damaged Items
Shipping, pickup, returns, cancellations, and damaged-item procedures are described in our Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy.
Customers should inspect shipped artwork promptly after delivery and contact Expressive Glass within 5 business days if an item arrives damaged.
Class descriptions, prerequisites, schedules, prices, and other relevant information are provided on the website or during the booking process.
Glassworking involves heat, tools, flame, and other inherent risks. Students are expected to follow studio safety requirements and instructor directions at all times.
Participation in certain studio activities may require the execution of additional safety acknowledgments or waivers. Students under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult who will execute a liability waiver on the student’s behalf.
Classes and Lessons
Customers using Expressive Glass studio facilities or equipment must comply with studio rules and safety procedures. Under no circumstances may individuals engage in studio activities if they are under the influence of alcohol, any intoxicant, or any medication that negatively impacts the participant’s motor skills or attentiveness.
Eligibility, supervision requirements, permitted equipment use, and other conditions may vary depending on the customer’s experience and the type of studio use requested and are entirely at the discretion of Expressive Glass.

Gift certificates may be used for eligible Expressive Glass products or services according to the conditions stated at purchase.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Any applicable expiration or usage conditions will be disclosed with the certificate and must comply with applicable law.
