Packing Info

Vicki routinely ships her work all over North America. She takes great pride and care packing her pieces to ensure they arrive safely. Customers are provided with clear, detailed instructions and images so they can confidently and easily install their sculptures.

Vicki has developed the following proven packing process for her most delicate work.

A detailed map is provided to the buyer illustrating the proper location and orientation of each component. Purchasers also receive a photo of their piece and detailed written instructions on how to unpack, pack, and care for their sculpture.

1. Installation Map

3. Components in Custom Cocoons

Each component rests in a custom cocoon cut out of 1″ soft foam. Pieces are labeled to match the installation map.

Fiberfill is placed in the gaps around each piece to provide additional cushioning and protection.

4. Fiberfill negative spaces

5. Additional layers

Additional layers of foam are added, as needed, to accommodate taller components.
