Beads of Courage Event

On September 17, 2011, beadmakers from the US and Canada participated in a special event at Expressive Glass. Together we created over 50 "Acts of Courage" beads for children coping with serious illness. (Pictured above). We also collected over $200 in donations that will be sent to Beads of Courage to support their work. Most of our beads will be distributed to the children at Roswell Park Cancer Institute and Women's and Children's Hospital.  Click here to learn more about Beads of Courage or to support this heartwarming therapeutic program.
